fresh gingerI used a "thumbs length" for the amount of ginger. You can adjust the amount to use more or less.
Instructions
Use a knife to remove the skin from the ginger then rinse off. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend well.
Pour into 6 popsicle molds. Freeze overnight or for at least 4 hours.
