Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup kefir plain, unsweetened
  • ½ cup whole milk yogurt plain, unsweetened
  • 1 banana ripe
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 2-3 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 2-3 minutes. Enjoy!

Notes

For a sweeter smoothie without needing to add a sweetener, I recommend to use a banana, mango or pineapple. If using mango or pineapple then you can add ½ cup - 1 cup.
