Take half a banana and mash it with a fork in the botm of your mason jar or container. **It's important to mash it REALLY good so that it mixes well with the oats and milk. This is how you get the sweetness from the banana.
Add all other ingredients to a mason jar or a container with a good tight lid. Give it a good stir and store overnight in thefridge.
Eat it cold or warm it up in the microwave. *Microwave times will vary.
Notes
If you don't like cold oats then you can microwave them. Start with 1 minute and cook more as needed. You can use whatever your preference is for milk!
