Preheat oven to 400°. Slice brussel sprouts in half and remove damaged outer leaves. Rinse under running cool water.
In a large mixing bowl, add brown sugar, olive oil and salt. Mix together.
Toss brussel sprouts with the mixture in the bowl until coated. Place evenly on baking sheet and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.

Notes
Don't throw away undamaged leaves. They bake up nicely as "brussel sprout chips", as I like to call them. Go ahead and mix loose leafs in with the mixture and bake.
The serving size is set at ½ cup, but you can definitely eat more than that!
