  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Add all ingredients to your bowl and mix well. The mixture may get sligty clumpy, which is ok!
  • Spread the mixture on your baking sheet. You can line the baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean up.
    *To get crunchy granola, keep the oats close together (clumpy)
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes. Let it cool on a cooling rack (trivet). Do not mix it yet.
  • Once the granola has cooled (it takes about 30 minutes to cool), mix it, and transfer to a container with a tight lid. Enjoy!
    Serving size = ⅓ cup

Notes

  • Serving size = ⅓ cup
  • For more servings, you can do ¼ cup and get ~8 servings from this.
  • Canola oil can be substituted for extra light olive oil
  • Honey can be substituted for maple syrup
  • You can easily double this recipe!
