Preheat oven to 375°F. Add all ingredients to your bowl and mix well. The mixture may get sligty clumpy, which is ok!
Spread the mixture on your baking sheet. You can line the baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean up. *To get crunchy granola, keep the oats close together (clumpy)
Bake for 12-15 minutes. Let it cool on a cooling rack (trivet). Do not mix it yet.
Once the granola has cooled (it takes about 30 minutes to cool), mix it, and transfer to a container with a tight lid. Enjoy!Serving size = ⅓ cup
