HOW TO KEEP FRESH GREEN BEANS FRESH
The crisper drawer is typically a good place to store produce in the refrigerator. Both fruit and vegetables like high humidity. If you have a low and high function on your crisper drawer, keep it moved all the way to high. This way it stays fresh longer.
For fresh green beans, place them into a bag with holes. They will last ~5 days.
Have A Plant: Fruits & Veggies For Better Health recommends keeping green beans in a plastic bag in the fridge for up to one week.
I really like using a Vejibag. It's a cotton bag that keeps fresh produce, fresh longer in your fridge!
