- Honey
- Creamy peanut butter
This recipe does not require a food processor or blender!
- Mix peanut butter and honey.
- It's important to have a creamy peanut butter since we're not heating it in the microwave or adding it to a food processor.
- Add old-fashioned oats.
- No other oat will do. Just use old-fashioned oats.
- Start making your peanut butter balls!
- Swap honey for maple syrup.
- Substitute peanut butter or another nut butter like almond or cashew. You could even try a "no-nut" butter if it's creamy.
- Need gluten-free? Trade regular old-fashioned oats for gluten free oats.

- ½ cup creamy, natural peanut butter *for example, I used Skippy
- ¼ cup honey
Instructions
- Add peanut butter and honey to a bowl. Mix well. Add oats and mix well.
- Now you can start forming balls with your hands. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.**If it gets too sticky, place the bowl in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. This makes the mixture easier to handle.
- Tip: You can equally divide the mixture into 16 lumps or use a tablespoon measuring spoon to form a ball.I wouldn't worry about them being perfect. You're going to eat them all anyway!
