Ingredients
- Pecan halves
- You can also try with pecan pieces
- Honey
- This recipe calls for a small amount of honey. Honey is a sweetener that does provide sugar, however this isn't really a bad thing. A healthy diet can have sugar, but it is very important to know your limits and not over do it to prevent health concerns.
- You’ll want to keep total added sugars under 25 grams per day for women and under 36 grams per day for men.
- Butter extract
- Made from extractives of butter and is gluten-free. It adds the rich taste of butter, just without all the calories and saturated fat ;-).
See recipe card for quantities.
